I just recently became a US citizen and need a passport. At the immigration office I was told that I could apply for a fee waiver if I meet the poverty requirements (which I unfortunately do).
Where do I find this form???
Any helpful information would be highly appreciated!

I don't think you can get a waiver for the passport application fees based on poverty. Waivers may be issued for humanitarian or legal reasons, but they are decided on a case-by-case basis.
