What is the difference between from I 864 and form I 134?

Form I-864 is used for immigrant visa applications and adjustment of status.
Form I-134 is for non-immigrant visa application.

Thanks Andy.....both are Affidavit of support forms.Can anyone explain more specifically regarding both the forms? Am not very clear..

Yes. Both are Affidavit of Support Forms. I-864 is used with immigrant petitions, like the CR-1 I-130, whereas I-134 is used with non immigrant petitions like the K-3. So, itgenerally depends on the application you are filing.

Let me put it this way , I will have to file I 134 for K3 visa ( Non immigrant petition ) and file I 864 for I 130 ( immigrant petition)..Am i right????

my fiance in US filed K-1 petition fro me.i belong from india. now it is approved.i wanted to make confirm that the federal poverty guidelines apply to me when i appear for the interview in india.my fiance have send me i-134 affidavit of support to me, but her income is not sufficent enough.do i need to have support from a co-sponser? as she was told that i need to provide I-814 after the wedding. so now only affidavit of support will do even if she do have less income.please provide asnwer to my query.i shall be very thankful to you.navjot singh

My mother in law wants to come to visit my family in October this year. She is citizen of Bosnia and Herzegowina and all members of my family are US Citizens. Which immigration form I need to fill out and send to her in order to obtain US visitors visa. And do I need to send any support documantation with filled immigration form.

Navjot, yes you will need a co-sponsor in your situation, who is willing to provide financial support in times of need if needs be. Max, what type of visa are you looking to apply for?
