Hi,
Does anyone know about the medical examination? I don't know how many vaccines that I need to take before filling the I-693 form. I looked up in the USCIS but still confuse about it. Hope to see somebody's answer. Thank you!

Not sure how many vaccines you need to take but the medical surgeon who'll conduct the medical examination knows it for sure. It must be performed by a civil surgeon who has been designated by the USCIS. The results of your medical examination are documented in the Form I-693, Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status. The medical surgeon approved by the USCIS has the Form I-693.

All I can say is make sure you have a vaccination record of what you have already, otherwise they will make you have the same ones all over again. Which is expensive and unnecessary!
